I have a ton of stash and yet there are times when I can't find anything that I'd like to stitch. So sad! <BR/><BR/>About your question regarding the tea and coffee silk packs. Yes, I used two strands instead of one and I did have to borrow some thread from another pack to finish. On the tea I needed more white and on the coffee I needed more black. But other than that it was fine. I have done one with one strand and I do like it. It's a softer look. So I guess it just depends on what look you are going for.
